There is no minimum group size requirement.
After you have recorded a message, Instant Info tells you the cost per answered call for that message (see Pricing Chart above) and gives you a chance to record it over again. You don't have to choose a message length before you record it (as some services have you do). You are billed monthly or bi-monthly depending on your usage.
Optional priority calling available for an additional fee.
