How the service works

Instant Info is what is known as a phone tree service. Using our service, you simply call Instant Info, on your tone phone, to record a message for your group. Our service then calls your group with your message, in your voice, and in a quick and cost effective manner - anywhere in the Continental US. You are only charged per each answered phone call (plus sales tax, if applicable). No additional fees of any kind. It is a simple, elegant solution to your communication needs.

  User friendly message recording takes only a few minutes.
  Your home phone isn't tied up by Instant Info.
   
• Equipment & Fees
  The only requirement is a touch tone phone. No startup or monthly fees. As little as 5 cents per answered call plus sales tax. No charge if not used.
   
• Enhances E-mail
  Alert your group to read time sensitive e-mails. Costs only 5 cents per answered call to send a 30 second message.
   
• Outbound Calling
  Redials busy or unanswered calls approximately once per hour.
  Plays your message, in your voice, on most answering machines.
  The standard group calling window of 8 a.m. to 9 p.m may be adjusted to meet your specific needs.
   
• Hear Message Again
  Your group may hear your message again by calling 715-834-4488 from their home phone anytime and pressing the pound (#) button when answered. They may also choose the "call back later" option when it calls them, with your message, the first time.

  Timely practice and/or game reminders. Announce weather cancellations, schedule or location changes. League leader may call all coaches or referees.
